solution focus

1. problem clarification
define the issue as clearly as you can. how does it disrupt your life? in what ways is it a problem? rank it on a scale of 1 to 10...

2. solution amplification
visualize past the problem. if you woke up tomorrow and the problem was gone, how would you know? what would others notice? list the changes...

3. exceptions?
what's going on when its not as bad? (DO more of that.)

4. homework
if what you're doing to fix it isn't working, stop doing it. do something different
